Today's puzzle is my latest painting in my Dragon Souls series! Actually this is kind of a series within a series (Dragon Imprint).. The painting is of the eye of a baby dragon peeping through his cracked egg. He will imprint on the first person he sees, which will be the future owner of the painting. Right now the title is "Dragon Imprint ?", but that will change to reflect the name of the person who gives him a home. He is the very first one, but more are soon to follow. Today we have Fae Faces #7 puzzle. I really like the colors in this piece. This painting is a mixed media piece that is a several step process. First I scan a drawing and use digital coloring. Then the image is printed on canvas using archival inks and finished with acrylic paints. This is one of 10 paintings currently showing at the APW Art Gallery in NY. Have Fun!
Today's puzzle is a fantasy dragon painting titled "Dragon Mates Ebony & Ivory". The painting features the head of 2 dragons who are mates. The female is the black dragon and if you look closely you will notice that her features are softer than those of the white dragon. Last week was a very busy week for me, and I was unable to as many puzzles as I would have liked to. This week should be much better....Today's puzzle is titled "Dragon Of Taurus". I painted this piece as a birthday present for my husband. The painting shows his zodiac sign (taurus) and his chinese zodiac sign (red dragon). Can't find the taurus sign?? Well, it's the constellation in the sky.... The original painting was made with acrylic paints on a re-purposed canvas covered CD and displayed on a small plate stand.
